How to Find the Right Charity when Giving an Auctioned Coaching Session

Giving an auctioned coaching session is one of the most exciting things you can do to help a charity. You will make someone’s life better, and it will also lift your spirit. In this blog post, let’s discuss how VIPs can find the right charity when giving an auctioned coaching session:

1. 𝑼𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚

When you are deciding which charity to give your auctioned coaching session proceeds to, you must understand the purpose of charity. For charities to make a difference in their communities, they must be able to prove their effectiveness as an organization. This means that they can demonstrate with evidence that their work does indeed impact people’s lives and results in positive outcomes for those they serve.

It can be difficult for VIPs who are donating to an auctioned session because they may not know what kind of organization they should choose or how much money each charity can use effectively. However, there are some general guidelines that VIPS should follow when choosing where they want their funds donated:
Look at any recent news articles about the organization before choosing whether it would be the right fit for your goal.

Researching this information will help ensure that whatever charity you choose will actually provide value-added services which will benefit both yourself and the intended recipient.

Conduct your due diligence to minimize cases of unwanted issues regarding your association with this particular organization, so nothing goes wrong later down line!

2. 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚?
Next, you will want to look for a charity that is close to your heart and has a good reputation. You do not want to donate money or auctioned services without being sure of the organization’s credibility, so you must do some research on them before deciding if they resonate with what you stand for and will be best suited for your audience.

If you are selling an auctioned coaching session (or any other kind of service), then there are many ways VIPs can find the perfect charity:

Ask friends who already know about their favourite charities; if they don’t know about any specific ones, then ask them which organizations are doing good work in their community and why those organizations deserve more attention from people like yourself!

Search online for information about various charities; there are plenty of websites out there dedicated specifically towards helping consumers make informed decisions when donating money or volunteering time towards causes such as environmentalism/ecology preservationism etc., so take advantage of these resources!

3. 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚?
𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺?
You can check the charities’ websites, social media accounts and financials to ensure that they are legitimate. They should also have a history of helping others in need, as well as the impact they’ve had on their community and society.

4. 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒔𝒎𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓?
Once you have made your decision to auction a coaching session, you must know what charities are available and how they work.

Familiarize yourself with the process involved in donating proceeds from an auctioned session to a charity. There are many ways in which this can be done.

You may choose to donate all or part of the money raised by selling your expertise as a coach; this will make sure that your donation goes directly towards helping others instead of going into your pocket.

It also means that if there is any leftover money after paying for overhead costs like staff wages etc., then it goes back into helping other people with similar needs as yours!

You can also decide which charity should receive these funds based on certain criteria such as location (i.e., if someone lives close enough within driving distance), budget size (i.e., large amounts tend not only to attract attention but also mean higher costs), etc…

5. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒃𝒖𝒅𝒈𝒆𝒕: 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒊𝒕 𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇?
Ensure that you have enough money in your budget to pay for the items you want to buy and any other expenses.

This may be tricky and may need a little getting used to if it’s your first time auctioning off your coaching sessions, but it’s easy if you use a spreadsheet!

Make a list of all the items on your wishlist, and then calculate how much each one cost so that when the auctioneer calls out for a bid (or select a bid as a VIP), they will know what price points they need to hit before ending their call.

Then just add up all those numbers and divide them into two piles: one pile is everything above $1k total cost; the other is everything below $1k total cost.
